America’s fourth largest bank by assets (and its largest by market capitalization), Wells Fargo & Company is a US financial services firm, working internationally. It is headquartered in California and has major hubquarters in other cities. In 2007 Wells Fargo & Company was the only bank in America to be rated AAA by S&P. In 2011, the company had over 9,000 retail branches and 12,231 ATMs. It employs more than 270,000 individuals and serves over 70 million customers.
