Richard Pratt started Visy Industries in 1948, manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes. Today, it was the world’s leading packaging, paper and recycling company with a staff of over 5500 and operations in 100 locations from Australia and New Zealand to Thailand and Vietnam. The sister company, Pratt Industries USA, also has another 3500 staff members. While providing packaging solutions, they also work on creating newer and better recycling solutions all the time. Their ultimate goal is to ensure that they leave the smallest environmental footprint they can – while providing people with packaging solutions that work.
