Victoria Fernandez is AVO’s Contracts Manager. She is in charge of: overseeing costs, scope and timeframe, soliciting bids, researching vendors, verifying insurance and obtaining the required permits by coordinating with appropriate agencies. She is able to create quality Her documentation to such an extent that any potential conflict that could arise during the construction process is substantially reduced.
