Terence R. Donnelly is Executive VP and COO of Commonwealth Edison. In this capacity, he is in charge of the company’s everyday workings. This covers: performance; safety; reliability; fiscal management and smart grid development. Donnelly boasts close to three decades of expertise in the utility industry. Prior to his current position, he was Executive VP of Operations, whereby he was in charge of all energy delivery and transmission system operations.
