Sharon Fiehler is Executive VP and Chief Administrative Officer at Peabody Energy. This gives her a lead role in the company’s affirmative action; aviation services; benefits; compensation; employee development; employee relations; facilities management services; global security services; global security; IT; and organizational action. Prior to her current position, she was Executive VP of Human Resources and Administration. Fiehler has been with the company since 1981 when she was appointed to the role of Manager of Salary Administration.
