Having joined the company in 2003, today, Sara E. Moss is Executive VP and General Counsel of The Estée Lauder Companies. In this capacity she is in charge of its global legal activities (as well as its subsidiaries). This includes: the firm’s American and international filings; acquisitions; Board of Directors; corporate governance; government relations, intellectual property; licensing, litigation and worldwide security. In addition, Moss sits on the firm’s Investment Development Committee, Fiduciary Investment Committee, Executive Leadership Committee, Program Management Team, Diversity Committee. She chairs the Ethics and Compliance Committee as well.
