Ronald A. Robins, Jr. became Senior VP, General Counsel and Secretary of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. toward the end of 2010. He joined the company in November 2009 as Deputy General Counsel. He brings to the company a wealth of experience, such as the 16 years he spent at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. In his current role, he succeeds David Cupps who was the company’s General Counsel from 2007.
