Rochelle B. Lazarus

Since January 1, 2009 Rochelle B. Lazarus has been the chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. Lazarus was born in 1947, earned her B.A. from Smith College and her M.B.A. at Columbia University. The innovative advertising idea of “360-degree branding” was first introduced by Lazarus, and revolutionized the advertising world. This type of branding assures the company that they make a positive impression every time they come in contact with their customer base.

Lazarus was also the Director at Merck & Company, Inc, and the Director of General Electric Company. She has been a trustee at the New York Presbyterian Hospital since 1995, and is involved in Partnership for New York City and The World Wildlife Fund as well as New York’s Museum of Natural History.
