As Chairman and CEO of Balfour Beatty, Robert Van Cleave is responsible for the company’s construction, infrastructure, and rail operations throughout America.  Before taking on these roles, Van Cleave was Chairman, President and CEO of Centex Construction, but then Balfour Beatty acquired that.  He has over three decades of experience in the construction industry.
