Philippe Dauman was appointed President and CEO of Viacom in 2006. Prior to that, he was director of Former Viacom and thereafter re-nominated to the Board on these higher executive positions. He brings to Viacom’s helm an expansive knowledge of the company; strategic and operational experience; as well as an all-encompassing understanding of the industry. Dauman joined the company in 1993 and he was the company’s Deputy Chairman and member of the Executive Committee.
