Owner/Principal at Interior Design Firm, Pam Stanek says, “our designers offer a level of service that sets us apart from other firms.” With Stanek at the helm, the company has built up a diverse clientele, the majority of whom are repeat customers or referrals, indicating that the firm offers good customer service. She believes that, to be successful, the designers need to fully understand what the client wants and “how the end-user will work within the space ensures customer satisfaction.” She sees creativity is being the “core of the interior design field.” She ensures her designers are constantly trying out new ideas for their clients as customers seek out novels ideas and products. Stanek became sole owner of The Interior Design Firm in 2005, overseeing a design staff of 15 and support staff of four.
