OKO Project with Capital Group and Vladislav Doronin Turning Heads

The project is happening in MIBC Moscow-City and is being built by American architectural bureau SOM (Skidmore, Owings and Merrill). It includes an 85 story skyscraper and a 49 story office tower. Construction began in July of 2011 and is projected to finish by 2015.

There are 16 levels of private parking and an office tower with 110,000 square meters of A class office space.
