Mike Sorrentino is Senior MD at Citi Habitats. He is able to understand and use the strengths of his team to facilitate the path for agents to play an active role in the advancement of their career. His top priority in developing relationships with his agents is approachability as he believes that if there is no comfort level, there will not be any open communication. Sorrentino explains: “I work tirelessly for my agents and try to set the example. I am first in the office every day, and always the last to leave. Yet I also strive to tailor my approach to their individual needs to create a workable plan that draws upon their strengths, and makes ongoing success attainable.”
