Michael Rosera is the COO and CFO of Lands End. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and has worked for over 25 years in management, company expansion and brand development. He has launched brands throughout his career with success and brings his expertise to Lands’ End. As COO and CFO, Rosera is responsible for maintaining the company profitability, working on brand growth and looking out for inventory management. He is also responsible for accounting, financial reporting, IT, integrated company planning and more across the divisions in the US, Northern and Central Europe and Japan.
