Marina Alekseeva became Chief Human Resources Officer at Kaspersky Lab in August 2012. This puts her in charge of international personnel (which includes: recruitment, training and development, administration, compensation and benefits). Prior to her current role, she was Deputy to the HR Director, and brought to the firm over a decade of experience in the field, working at T-Systems CIS and UniCredit bank, amongst others. Alekseeva has been with Kaspersky Lab since 2008.
