In the summer of 2012, Larry Thompson was appointed to the roles of: Executive VP, Government Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at PepsiCo. This put him in charge of the firm’s international legal function; government affairs and public policy organizations. Thompson also supervises the firm’s worldwide compliance function and that of the PepsiCo Foundation. Prior executive positions he has held at the firm include: Senior VP of Government Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary.
