Kenneth C. Frazier is Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Merck & Co., Inc. He was also President of Merck (whereby he was head of worldwide Human Health, company sales and marketing division for pharmaceutical and vaccine products, Merck Manufacturing Division, Merck’s manufacturing and supply division and Merck Research Laboratories, Merck’s research organization). Other positions Frazier has held at the company include: VP, General Counsel and Secretary of the Astra Merck Group; VP of Public Affairs; Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Staff; Senior VP; Executive VP and more. He has been with the firm since 1992.
