Kelly Ritchie is the Senior Vice President of Employee and Customer Services for Lands’ End. She manages the work life details for thousands of Lands’ End employees around the world. The call centers and distribution centers all report directly to her. She helps to ensure that Lands’ End remains a wonderful place to work by focusing on their on-side clinic, their back-up childcare center and other resources. She started at Lands’ End in 1985 and worked there for ten years before becoming a vice president and executive team member in 1995. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
