Keith Block is President and Vice Chairman of Salesforce.com, giving him overall responsibility for the firm’s customer facing operations. This incorporates: international sales; customer support and consulting services organizations. He has also been at the head of winning sales, consulting and engineering teams for nearly 30 years. In addition, Block currently is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
