Joseph F. Hubach became Senior VP and General Counsel of Texas Instruments in January 2000. He assumed the additional role of Corporate Secretary three months later. Two years earlier he was appointed Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at TI. Other roles he has held include: manager of the commercial legal team assigned to the Application Specific Products division within the Semiconductor Group, a legal role in Tokyo and more. Hubach has been with the company since 1984.
