Jim Gerace has been Verizon’s Chief Communications Officer since 2013. This puts him in charge of all the company’s external communications and media relations strategy. He also has to supervise its domestic and international implementation. Further, Gerace supervises the firm’s management matters, executive and employee communications. Other executive roles he has held at the firm include: VP of State Government Affairs for the firm’s New York region, putting him in charge of Verizon’s corporate interests in the area.
