Jayne Parker is Executive VP and Chief HR Officer at The Walt Disney Company. This puts her in charge of the firm’s overall HR strategy. This includes: international talent attraction, staffing and retention, leadership development, diversity, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. Prior to this, Parker was Senior VP of HR, Diversity and Inclusion for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts worldwide. She was also in charge of a team working on establishing and implementing strategies driving business results. Parker has been working with Disney since 1988.
