Mr. James R. Bluntzer (Rick) is Executive VP of Operations at NuStar GP Holdings LLC and Nustar GP LLC. Prior to these roles, he was VP of Operations at NuStar Energy LP. In addition, Bluntzer was Senior VP (and then he moved on to become Executive VP). He was VP of Terminal Operations and Special Projects Director of NuStar GP. At his current executive level, Bluntzer is in charge of the operations of the company’s global pipeline, terminal and asphalt and fuel refining.
