In 2005, Dustin DiMisa set up and became president of InterContinental Capital Group. Before this venture, he worked for many years at Countrywide Financial Corporation’s Full Spectrum Lending Division (FSLD). In his capacity there, DiMisa, as a manager, he was responsible for the operations of the company along with its consumer direct and business-to-business sales. DiMisa was a great success at FSLD, generating huge amounts of money for the company in pre-approved residential loans. As well, he was known for how he developed the best practices that could work with the many laws mortgage originators had to encounter. These included: HOEPA, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, RESPA and HMDA.
