Inger Loftheim Rood is the Chief of Staff to the CEO’s office at GuideWell. In this capacity, Loftheim Rood assists with the CEO’s projects, while coordinating its strategic, cross-functional activities. She is also in charge of executive committee effort management. As Chief of Staff, Loftheim Rood is responsible for the clear communication of decisions, coordination and completion of action items between divisions. She identifies issues and decisions requiring attention from the CEO’s office.
