Gregg A Kaplan has been President and COO of Coinstar Inc. since August 2012. Prior to this role, he was founder of Redbox Automated Retail, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Coinstar) and Interim President until August 27, 2012. He managed Redbox Automated Retail, LLC since its early days in 2002 when it was a venture within McDonald’s Corporation. Kaplan has been CEO of Redbox since 2005 when the company began operating as a separate entity. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of KioskCom, LLC as well.
