Since 2010, Fabian Garcia’s title at Colgate-Palmolve has been COO, Global Innovation and Growth, Europe & Hill’s Pet Nutrition. He has been with Colgate since 2003, when he came on board as Colgate-Asia Pacific’s President. In his current position, Garcia was recently given increased authority for Hill’s Pet Nutrition. In addition, he held the position of EVP, President, Colgate-Latin America & Global Sustainability.
