Ellen Kullman became the 19th CEO and chairman of the Board of DuPont in 2009. A year prior to that appointment, she was the company’s president. Other executive positions Kullman has held in the company include: Executive VP and a member of the company’s office of the CEO. Today, in her role as DuPont’s CEO, she has “championed market-driven science to drive innovation across the company’s businesses.” As well, she has created improved “partnering, collaboration, and solutions attuned to local needs” for the company.
