Don H. Liu is Secretary, Corporate Senior VP and General Counsel at Xerox Corporation. He supervises the firm’s legal matters, including litigation and patent acquisition, is in charge of governance and regulatory compliance for the Board of Directors and is in charge of Xerox’s ethic program, government affairs and public policy activities on domestic and international affairs. Liu has been with the company since 2007.
