Dennis Greaney has been Chief Supply Chain Officer at May Kay Inc. since 1998. This puts him in charge of the company’s international supply chain; R&D; commercialization; inventory control and planning; logistics; purchasing; contract manufacturing, and manufacturing facilities. Greaney has been with the firm since 1970 when he came on board as a chemist in the QA laboratories. He worked his way through various manufacturing and development roles until in 1986 he became company VP. Six years later he was promoted to Senior VP, and then in 1996 Greaney became Executive VP of the Manufacturing Group. Throughout his various roles at Mary Kay’s Inc. over the last five decades, he has taken a key role in the development and implementation of the many packaging changes and introductions on the product line, as well as the development of the global packaging approach.
