President of Speedo International Limited David Robinson, was appointed to this executive position in 2008. He has worked at the company since 1995, as a member of the UK sales team. After working his way up to UK Country Manager four years later, he became General Manager for the Equipment and Footwear division in 2001. That led to his appointed as Senior Vice President, along with Global Product and Marketing. Before his ultimate appointment as President, he was co-President of the company, in 2006. In his highest executive position at the company, as President, Robinson began the Unforgettable Swims project. Through his various roles at the company, he has developed a reputation for successfully boosting enthusiasm at the workplace, which has been enhanced by his various philanthropy endeavors, including being a Non-Executive Director of the Commonwealth Games England; and Chairman of the Nottingham Creative Business Awards and an active Business Champion, which supports local businesses and schools.
