David R. Friedman was appointed Senior VP of HR at Citrix in 2006. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Secretary. In his capacity as Chief Legal Officer, Friedman is in charge of the firm’s: oversees acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance initiatives, regulatory and other legal matters. As key HR Executive, he guides Citrix toward hiring and developing best-in-class talent. Friedman has been with the firm since 2002.
