Dave Smith is Director of Steel at DTE Energy.  In this capacity, he is leader of the development of its steel portfolio.  Other roles he has had with DTE Energy include:  Asset Manager and Project Controller for the Business Development group; in charge of  the fiscal conduct of various commercial and steel-related projects.
