Daniel A. Ninivaggi became President of Icahn Enterprises L.P. and its general partner of Icahn Enterprises G.P., Inc. in 2010 and a few months later, the role of Principal Executive Officer of Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc. and Icahn Enterprises L.P. was added to his responsibilities. In 2012 he was also appointed a director of the company. Ninivaggi is also a director of companies in several of Icahn’s operating segments, including CVR Energy, Inc., CVR GP LLC (the General Partner for CVR Partners LP), Federal-Mogul Corporation, PSC Metals, Inc., Viskase Companies, Inc. and Tropicana Entertainment Inc.
