Bruce Grewcock became President and COO of Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc. in 2000 and five years later, its CEO. He has been with the company since 1982. A decade later he became President of Kiewit Mining Group; two years later he was elected to the Board of Directors in 1994 and was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2000. Since the company was launched in 1884, there have been only six other CEOs. As the seventh at the helm, Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc. has expanded the portfolio of market segments providing a wide variety of construction and engineering services to the transportation, commercial building, water resources, power, underground, oil & gas, electrical, and marine markets.
