Bob Flynn is the President and GM of Novell Inc. In these capacities he is responsible for the everyday running of the company, including: product development, management, marketing, technical support, sales, and sales operations. As well, he determines the overall goals, strategies, and decision-making that impact the company’s financial results, employee morale, and customer satisfaction. Prior to his work at Novell Inc., Flynn was the President and GM of Attachmate, another business unit of The Attachmate Group. Thereafter, Attachmate Corporation acquired Novell.
