Anne Byerlein is Chief People Officer for Yum! Brands Inc. She is head of international HR. This spans the following areas: recruitment of Restaurant Support Center employees, general staffing, compensation, benefits, people development and training. In addition, Byerlein is responsible for the smooth running of staff relations, diversity and inclusion, safety, security, facilities and aviation for all Yum! divisions. She brings to her role experience in the same position at KFC.
