Wendy Kopp is founder and CEO of Teach For America, a company she launched based on her Princeton undergraduate thesis. Thereafter, she spent over two decades developing the organization’s impact. Today, its almost 38,000 participants have reached over 3 million children around the country during their two-year teaching commitments. Kopp is also CEO and co-founder of Teach For All, a global network of independent social enterprises. Ultimately it is her vision that impacts everything Teach For America does.
