Tracey Engelhardt has been VP Direct-to-the-Consumer of Deluxe Corp and a member of the executive leadership team since 2012. She started at the firm in 1990 as an industrial engineer. In all the years she has been with the firm, Engelhardt has held a variety of positions in the areas of sales, marketing and operations, including 14 years of experience in the direct-to-the-consumer segment. She was also VP of e-commerce for Deluxe’s Small Business Services, where she was very successful in directing and developing strategic growth for the e-Commerce business.
