Timothy J. Hale was appointed Interim Chief Customer Officer for Coinstar Inc. in May 17, 2010. Prior to this, he was VP of Client Relations at Redbox (a wholly owned subsidiary of Coinstar), for a few years. He has also been Redbox’s VP of Operations and Director of Operations.
