Appointed CEO and Chairman of the Board of Saks Incorporated in 2002, Stephen I. Sadove was also Vice Chairman of the company when he first joined and later on, COO. Since 1988, he has also been a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Before Saks Holdings, Inc. merged to become Saks Incorporated, Sadove served on the board of that company too.
