Stephen Flanagan, BUPA Healthcare’s Commercial and Managing Director, took on this role at the end of 2008. However, he has held executive roles at the company since the beginning of the century. As Managing Director, Flanagan is responsible for the overall management of the company as well as its strategy and direction in its two major industries – health and travel. As well, he oversees the 52,000 employees at the company.
