Roger Eugene Ailes

Roger Eugene Ailes is President of Fox News Channel and Chairman of the Fox Televisions Stations Group.   He was recruited by Rupert Murdoch (of News Corp.) in 1996 to set up the Fox News Channel (FNC).   Alies illustrated his right-wing leanings when he took on broadcasters like Matt Drudge and Bill O’Reilly to the team.  Four years after that, the station was accused of promoting George W. Bush for President.  But Ailes took responsibility and apologized for his actions.
