Established in 1974, Town Sports International health club is the largest health club in Northeastern America. It owns and operates the Sports Clubs Network of clubs, including: New York Sports Clubs. Today it boasts more than 150 health and fitness facilities in four major metropolitan areas–New York, Boston, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia–with close to half a million members. There are also three locations in Switzerland: the Forum and the Joggeli Fitness Clubs in Basel and the Luxor Club in Zurich. All Sports Clubs locations offer a variety of options for all levels.
