Robert B. Rowling, took over TRT Holdings, Inc. from his father Reese who passed away in 2001. He began working for Tana Oil and Gas in 1972 and in 1989 Tana was acquired by Texaco, the profits of which were used to establish TRT Holdings. In 1994, TRT Holdings sold Corpus Christi National Bank for $131 million. Rowling is today, the company’s owner, CEO and President. He is responsible for directing the company’s operations.
