Rob Fairbairn is the Global Head of BlackRock’s Retail and iShares® businesses. He also sits on the firm’s Global Executive Committee and Global Operating Committee. Other roles he held included: Head of the Global Client Group, Chairman of BlackRock’s International Businesses, as well as key executive roles at Mercury and MLIM which ultimately merged with BlackRock in 2006. Fairbairn has been active in the company and its associated firms since 1993.
