In 2011, Rick Gadd joined the Essilor team in the position of Senior Vice President of Key Accounts. He is thus in charge of the Integrated Health Management Systems and retail businesses. He brings to the firm more than two decades of experience from Motorola, where he worked in a variety of roles such as: marketing, account management, product development and more.
