Richard Francis became Division Head of Sandoz at Novartis in 2014. He also sits on the firm’s Executive Committee. He brings to the firm experience from Biogen Idec, where he held global and country leadership positions during his 13-year career with the company. He also worked at Sanofi, Lorex Synthelabo and Wyeth.
