Rich Floersch is Executive VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at McDonald’s. In this capacity he is in charge of supervising the company’s HR responsibilities for its 400,000 employees in 119 countries. He is also a member of the Senior Management team, which puts him in charge of McDonald’s management, leadership development, rewards, and employment branding programs. Floersch joined McDonald’s from Kraft Foods International in 2003, from the position of Senior VP of HR.
