Ralph W. Babb, Jr. is the chairman, CEO and director of both Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank.
Babb began his career with Comerica as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 1995. In 1999 he was promoted to the role of vice-chairman, under which he assumed responsibility of several business units.
In January of 2002, Babb was named CEO and president of the company. Upon completing his service as chief financial officer later that year, he was named chairman as well.
